I think our earth is angry!!

What is going on with the earth...cyclones killing 100 + grand, same thing with the earthquake in china, tsunami in asia that is 350 thousand people alone??

ya thats just alittle crazy, its strange to think that these things happen, and life is fragile. Make your peace everyday, and live it like its possibly your last.

I can't belive the cyclone victims gvernment - they drag their feet getting aid in (US warships are still steaming off the coast with supplies they are not allowed to deliver) yet they have the nerve to bitch that the aid they are receiving is not good enough!

I think these weather things come in cycles, the whole la nina crap. And yes it is sad that those people have aid and the dictator government won't let them have it.

I feel sorry for all the people that are affected by this. C.O. is pretty stable. What would happen if all of a sudden we had an earthquake big enough to callapes buildings? What if some of the volcanoes became active again? That would suck.

But all in all it is an exciting time to be alive!

Well i guess a sudden one would be better than a really long one...can you imagine the earth just rolling like a water bed for a really long time..i'd be like dude..ok..i get it.

yea,sort of. They have guests on and then let people call in also. Like, last night there was a guy on talkingabout "cryptozooalogy". Stuff like Bigfoot and the lockness monster but from a scientific piont of view.
Like the "moth-man" or the "Thunderbird".....That could be some of the large birds you see in dinosour books that are still around? But wait! We have been told that man and dinosourse didn't excist together......maybe, maybe not.

Last night they had another round of tornados, the most so far , since 1972 , i think is what they said. Anyone think this is really global warming? I think something is going on but i am unwilling to give it a label. The scientist, and we people as a whole don't know very much. You look at what they used to say about coffee and how its bad for you, now they say its good for you and full of antioxidants, but soon i fear they will again focus in on limiting my coffee intake? They are soo inconsistent that they remind me of politicians... Hey mabe a capitalist angle there...limit coffee consumption based on faulty intel, limit resources going to places like colombia...Of coarse then you increase their will to produce the other things, like cocain (to make up for a lack of coffee sales), but what the hell, originally it was a good idea?? Ok, coffee has great uses and is good for you... You can find conspiracy theories everywhere, and i don't know how much of the global warming is true, i just know that mother earth is getting more and more angry. Call it what you will.

Ther is some crazy stuff going on. I am listenin to Fox news on XM and all they are talking about is earthquacks and tornadoe. and we seem to be hanging onto cooler weather.

the earth is not alive! It is just a "system" that was created! So "it" can't have emotions.

I do know I am angry right now!!! I am trying to sow some pants and it is not going very well. I had to step away from it......or throw the sowing machine across the room!

thanks, but I think I figured it out. I used to thick of a thread for the type of matterial. I'm used to sewing blue jeans. Now it is just a matter of me actually doing it.

Its great to look back at posts. I forgot. Drifter makes a good point on south sisters. If you choose to pay attention to what is going on around you, you will see numbers flying past you, and not even recognize the importance. Like 100 year storms happening more frequently. But back to south sisters, it could happen like the old noah story, where no one would listen, or that movie valcano. Its pretty obvious that the 100,000 people who died,.....DIED in indonesia in the tsnaumi did not even believe that it would happen, or the 80,000 in china in a earthquake, or the 100,000 in mynmar. I don't want to believe that the earth wants to quake on the south sister's peak, but will it? I don't know. And neither do the ones with the best shot at knowing.

There is only ONE that really knows. But it is all quess work for the rest of us.

Well from the way the sky looks today I'd say there is a fire out there somewhere and all I can suggest is to have an evacuation plan down for all in your house.

Oh and when I die and go to Hell and all the souls there are bitching about the heat, I'm gonna say "At least its a dry heat!"
