Here's one - the screwy speed limits on the parkway!
The parkways are designed to whip around town at highway speeds, but with the poor design of the onramps (esp Reed Market north, Revere north and that one south coming from Oregon street... ) they have to post the speed at 45.
If you DO 45, tho, you'll get yer butt run over!!!!

I know what you mean by substance. When I started I cranked out the posts just to spark traffic. Anyone unemployed could get their numbers up just by sitting around all day and replying with one-liners to every post if they wanted to.
